Let's put the word Canada in front of everything and claim ownership of it! This is a Canadian Pilsner! It is made with Gambrinus Pilsner malt, which is made here in Canada. You can expect delicate flavors of fresh barley, grain, honey, and bread, along with distinctive nutty character and suggestions of vanilla. We also use Sasquatch hops - a proprietary hop grown exclusively in Canada. Sasquatch has distinct orange zest, tangerine and lemon floral notes, with a soft aroma and flavour.
